Apparel: Customer has up to 10 business days after receipt of order to notify DAS that they would like to return the apparel. Customer will return item(s) to DAS to exchange the item(s) or to be refunded.
Product(s): Customer has up to 5 business days after receipt of order to notify DAS that they would like to return the item(s). Customer will return item(s) to DAS to exchange the item(s) or to be refunded.
INSPECTION BY CUSTOMER: Customer shall carefully inspect all deliveries of products as they are received and report to
DAS within five (5-10) calendar days after receipt of shipment) any alleged error, defect or non conformity of such products. Any
failure by customer to so inspect and report shall constitute a waiver by customer of any claim or right of customer against
DAS arising with respect to any such error, defect or nonconformity which was reasonably discoverable by such inspection. No
returns are allowable without prior consent and specific shipping instructions issued by the factory along with a return
authorization number, given by DAS, to be clearly marked on the packaging.
